Clear possibility of growth with performace reviews with a linear manager, opportunity to learn, good onboarding and training policy for newcomers. For junior positions work-life balance policy is really good.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy, especially during employment process, a lot of unnecessary documents were required.

- Pro-employee culture - The overall interview process and onboarding process is one of the best I hae seen in my career - Customer training dept (headed by Rhoda) is just awesome. I really had a great time learning so much from many individuals from the team - Company policies are really good - My employment was not for long (10 months), as I wanted to pursue my dream of working as into technology training - Anyone thinking of joining the training team, should not give another thought

Pros

Only few positives were three weeks of paid training, and they take you out partying once a week only during the training. Pay is nice. Work from home Great place to earn some cash while you look for a real job.

Cons

Netcracker once training was over did little to none to help the transition. The upper management does not care. They literally expect you to know everything day 1. Very stressful, they will feed you to the wolves any chance they get.
