- Lack of red tape - you are encouraged to make decisions and move quickly - Able to take off time whenever you want as long you're making sure others are aware and taking care of your work - High level of transparency throughout the company - Shuttles to and from the office along with all meals at the office

Cons

- Lack of consistent holiday schedule makes it somewhat awkward when taking time off - No bonuses - No meaningful childcare benefits (help with covering costs)
