Great pay, cool people, good benefits,

Cons

Policies are not equal across the board. If you are late 100 times and miss more then half of the month management will keep you so long as you are buddies. If you are not then they will fire for for being 3 minutes late once. No warnings, not write ups The policy is use your best judgment. ... that is flawed

Stock option plan was very good. IT department worked well with hubs. Some hub managers were willing to work as team.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, super long hours, poor upper management skills, cold mechanical type company, not very team oriented, uncomfortable company to work for.
