Pros

High performance environment - you're given a huge amount of responsibility and ownership to drive your work. You're able to see the direct impact you're making to the company, as a result. The company is incredibly transparent -- everyone in the company, no matter the "level," could tell you our business direction. Stunning colleagues. High bar for hiring, so you're working amongst smart, driven, and passionate folks.

Cons

High-performance environment -- expectations are high and you run full-speed, most of the time. Not the right kind of environment for everyone.

Pros

Training was really upbeat and motivating ! Most of the people there are really laid back and fun to work with . Good Benifits and pay and free drinks and snacks .

Cons

Time off requests , if you beat everyone to the punch you're fine if not good luck getting the days off you want, even if it's a date far out . I can't speak for everyone else's supervisors , but mine was horrible . The reason I left the company, ignored and dismissed complaints of a coworker harrassing me. Played a huge role in work politics , talked bad about his subordinates and his uppers freely. My work environment was very uncomfortable even more so after I expressed my concerns to my supervisor .

Strong Leadership Team, Really work on putting the right people in the right positions. Really people focused and creating an awesome culture for the agents and people working here.

Cons

No cons that I can think of. Just dealing with general growing pains.
