Pros

Provide fairly well-stocked break room and often spring for pizza for everybody.

Cons

Management can't seem to get a grip on what method to use to manage operations and employees. Ever-changing operations plans leave employees bewildered and often paranoid.

Pros

Free Netflix (8 DVD plan + streaming), benefits, time off policies.

Cons

They treat you like a "Number" instead of a person, definitely need a "thick skin" for this job, Expect to work odd hours if you don't have seniority for choosing shifts.

Pros

Lots of freedom and autonomy. No nonsense around things like expenses, vacation, etc. Just be professional and make sure you're helping you're team be effective and pretty much everything will be okay.

Cons

Since you get near total autonomy, figuring out just _what_ to do can be challenging. You have to consider options carefully. It's also easy to get a bit of imposter syndrome since you're working with some of the very top names in the industry.
