Pros

Netpulse has a good culture, good management, and has a great product for an evolving industry. I'm happy to be here!

Cons

I don't know of any...so far so good. We're growing very quickly, so its important to make sure we are prepared for all of the growth.

Was a bit rocky when I was there, but company culture kept everything relaxed

Pros

Great company culture. It's a relatively small team compared to other tech companies, but it helped in that it fostered community and closeness with everyone. Location–in the Chinatown/North Beach/FiDi triangle–was great in terms of food and after-work activities. The people here are also very steeped in SF culture–sports, social issues, etc. If there's a cause worth celebrating in the Bay Area, someone is celebrating it at Netpulse.

Cons

When I was working there, we experienced quite a few people leaving or being laid off. Apparently the upper management at the the time was difficult to work with. Thankfully, I wasn't really a part of all that drama. I've heard it's gotten better, though, with a change in CEO.

Pros

It seems like huge new customers and/or partnerships are being announced constantly. The largest potential customer in our industry was just signed and more are lining up behind them. A ton of effort has gone into making the office environment really great. The excitement around the company's opportunities is growing fast and is palpable in company meetings.

Cons

There's a lot going on and a lot has changed recently. Workload can be intense at times.
