Pros

Smart Personable Hard working engineering team. Interesting projects, particularly device based engineering work. You can see a product from start to finish and get to see all aspects. There is a tremendous opportunity to learn and own projects.

Cons

Projects are using outdated software. Management at the time was very unstable and unpredictable. It was very common for people to leave in waves. This was in part to a lack of communication of the company's vision from the top to the rest of the company.

Pros

Fun and upbeat atmosphere where the creative can flourish. The company plan and outlook are communicated to the team with a lot of transparency. The open door policy of all employees not just management is real.

Cons

Things change quickly and can be unsettling at times. The company is experiencing changes in product focus, leadership, and overall structure on a regular basis.
