Terrible Leadership, Favoritism, and Unrealistic Expectations

Unrealistic KPIs are set to ensure sales reps fail, providing an easy excuse for terminations. This isn’t just a sales issue—teams across Sales Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Legal, and BDRs share the same frustrations about poor communication, lack of support, and toxic leadership. If you value fairness, professionalism, and stability, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Good benefits for medical/dental. Out dated PTO policy.

Cons

Sr. executives MIA when needed to deal with bigger picture issues for customers. They pile on the work and have you doing commission based work but have no comp plan to address fair compensation.
