The salary was kind of eh, but that goes back to a mistake I made during the interview process. The person interviewing me tried to pull a fast one and, well, let's just say, they asked me a salary question that you really shouldn't ask during an interview. Looking back, I should have been more stern in defending my stance, but nevertheless, it was a learning experience. I think if they paid me better, I would have stayed at the company much longer than I did. Another con that I noticed is the software they use often did not work the way it was intended. Either that or the servers/websites that we use for our jobs would never load or would be down for maintenance.

Support operations are pretty much left on their own. No real leaders, only statistic freaks. Lots of guys just chill and do personal tasks during the day which makes them hard to be found and engaged. Documentation is messy. The company needs to provide a standard - too many portals, tools and such.
