Pros

The engineering changes was the best decision made by the company since I have been here. They finally removed the leadership that were driven by toxic emotion and replaced with business oriented and fun leaders that put a value on work and personal balance (see fine print in Cons). The teams are working together well and will only get better. The culture is fun with lots of events and even had a company wide trip. Salary and bonuses are very generous. The changes made in the past 6-12 months make many of the past reviews irrelevant.

Cons

Health benefits are expensive and plans do not cover the good hospitals. The company does not have a recruiting strategy to speak of. Many of the sales people in the company are weak and do not understand what they are selling or what Netrix actually does then point fingers when they fail.

Netrix Global Response

Netrix hired our HR Director recently and the first priorities are employee retention around training and benefits! Job 2 is a more aggressive recruiting strategy to bring in more talent to grow our teams!!

Loyalty and hard work are recognized and rewarded. "Work hard, play hard" environment. Flexible working locations and schedules - leadership values work-life balance. Employee opinions are valued and used to make positive changes. Fun year-round events designed to create an inclusive, family-like culture. Annual Achiever's Trip that recognizes star performers. Many career growth opportunities. Continuous efforts to improve employee and customer satisfaction. Overall, great place to work.

Cons

The benefits are not the best, but improving year after year. More training/development efforts are needed for certain teams/positions, but this is also something that has been improving and will continue to get better.
