None, it’s all a weak mirage. Money is all that matters to Netrix. All at the expense of its low level employees AND customers.

Cons

Where to start? No development or investment in their employees. Subpar compensation and benefits, really bad. Partners are like senior sales AE’s stealing all the good accounts. Really tenured partners just sit back and take 50% of the GP while a sales rep does all the work. Engineering is so poorly run its scary. Etc etc etc

Netrix Global Response

This review is inaccurate in that of our 50+ sales personnel staff average tenure is over 7 years with Netrix. Sales reps that actually show up each day to work and engage with clients, prospects, and our vendor partners, build an excellent portfolio of clients that continue to work with Netrix for many years. Our employees have built excellent annuity-type portfolios of business upon which they make a growing annual income while servicing their clients as long-term business partners. This is the model we have always followed to the mutual success of our clients, our employees, and Netrix as a whole.

Really good people to work with, benefits could be better and cheaper

Really, really, smart people that make you smarter Getting to do something different every day Lots more time with family, work from home most of the time

Cons

Benefits are VERY expensive and just aren't very good Lots of crazy internal manual processes to compensate for systems that don't talk to each other Still seems like a bunch of little companies headed up by the respective partner
