Pros
I have worked here for 5+ years and have never written a review yet. I was compelled to after reading some of the other ones recently. They just don't paint an accurate picture on what daily life is like here. For me, it's working with enthusiastic co workers, upper management that has evolved over the years to be genuinely focused on enhancing the work experience. I also get an opportunity to expand skill sets as we continue to be at the forefront of technology. I would imagine the sales teams like the ability to offer the latest and greatest of the product sets and services. I participate in the lunch socials and the events put by the various social committees and to be honest have developed life long friendships. Compensation wise I feel I am at the level of my peers in other companies
Cons
I have heard there are a couple of practices that are challenging to work for due to middle management. The work tends to follow you home but I'm not sure that different elsewhere. With our global expansion there has been coordination that needs to be done with our overseas peers so sometimes it's late nights. I have no complaints about the healthcare. Infact some of the other plans rolled out this year are excellent - namely the deferred compensation plan and ideablender (where you get a chance to submit your ideas, tech or otherwise and get a shot of building a company behind it). Now I just need an idea!!
