Horrible - Insane

Pros

I had worked with the people many years and loved most of them. I enjoyed the customers as well. I was able to work remote when needed.

Cons

Our department was sold twice. The pay was horrible. The supervisors were horrible. The CEO kept asking what they could do different, but when I tried to speak up, no one wanted to hear what I had to say. Some managers were arrogant and rude, both to people under them and at the same level. Benefits were poor and expensive when Netrix took over, with very little actual coverage. Communication was non-existent.

Pros

Everyone appears really nice. The teams are more like family than just co-workers.

Cons

The pay is almost always sub-par for the position that you are hired for. Promises are made reagrding compnsation and they either never materialize or do so extremely slowly. There is no real structure to advancing within the organization. If you attempt to move to another team, your managing director or partner will sabotage it for personal reasons.
