Decent salary. Lots of good co-workers and big-name clients.

This is the first company I have been apart of in my career where there is truly no limit to your success. At previous companies there was always a "ceiling" even if they told you there wasn't. But then there would be a change in the quota or commission structure to keep everything in line. But at Netrix that is not the case. If you have drive and personal responsibility there is no limit to what to can achieve here. The entire company structure is built to enable those types of individuals to grow and succeed at a meteoric rate. Is it always easy or handed to you? No. But as they say nothing worth having was ever easy to achieve. My experience here at netrix has been a fantastic one. I have made more money and built friendships with my coworkers that I could never have imagined. Keep doing what you are doing Netrix. Those of us who are willing to work hard and take pride in our efforts and our company are proud to be apart of your family.
