Very unethical management who lie about thing and then never deliver. Old management was a group of partners who ran company just for their own benefit. New management after funding more professional but still not good.

Pros

Smaller tech company. Good experience the first 1-2 months then it went downhill. Expense reimbursements were great. Gym available to employees.

Cons

Culture, Expectations, Misled vision, CRM, health benefits, no 401k match, career path, communication, account skating. Self seeking partner / management agendas. Teamwork, all talk. Lack of inspiring leaders once you get to know. Overhearing Management asking employees to put up positive review experiences on glassdoor. A/R. Compensation.

Pros

This organization is very innovative and fast-paced. A rapidly growing company that is constantly seeking new hires to keep up with the demands. The people (culture) are what make the job fun and rewarding.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a little more direction going into a project rather than completing a project and then receiving the direction the management didn't know they wanted until after the completion of the project. (It would just help save time.)
