Pros

A culture like none I've experienced anywhere else. Netskopers are great to work with, leadership is transparent, and everyone leaves the egos at home. Speaking of home, the flexibility to work remotely is a great benefit.

The colleagues are friendly, supportive, and highly experienced. You have the flexibility to work remotely or from the office, where a variety of food and beverages are available for you to enjoy.

Cons

It can be frustrating when trying to collaborate with colleagues outside of your team. At times, it’s difficult to identify the right point of contact, and some individuals may respond that the issue isn’t within their scope, which makes problem resolution challenging.

I'm a fairly fresh face at Netskope but so far I can say; - transparent and thorough hiring process with constant communication and feedback as you progress, no hiring horror stories here! - welcoming and thoughtful onboarding process - good benefits (canadian employee) - remote first culture with lots of opportunity to connect digitally - friendly and supportive culture that is super inclusive, lots of social groups / initiatives.. refreshingly there are no wild egos or weird tech bro vibes here. - open culture, communication and engagement is prioritised at all levels - small but hardworking teams - excellent environment for self starters and curious creatives, if you thrive on figuring out processes by learning along the way, you'll love it here (say compared to mature companies where there's already 1000000 checklists for everything and you're just ticking boxes all day) - big goals and exciting challenges ahead!!

Cons

None experienced so far. company is young and growing so fast pace and some growing pains are to be expected!!
