      Pros

      I appreciate that our management trusts their employees and provides the autonomy to take ownership of our work. This fosters a sense of responsibility and growth. For those close to our offices, there are regular opportunities to connect with colleagues! Everyone has been very willing to help each other out, and there's a great deal of collaboration on projects.

      Cons

      So much to accomplish in our journey to public readiness. This has had a bit of an impact of a work/life balance.

      Throughout my time at Netskope, both my managers and higher leadership have shown a commitment to providing me with opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge, and challenges to encourage my own personal and professional growth. I'm so grateful for their hands on approach and the care they take to nurture me in every new role.
