      Honestly, none that stand out anymore.

      Cons

      Management feels disorganized and directionless. The CEO over-promises but under-delivers. Netskope's product isn’t much different from competitors, and others are doing a better job. Layoffs happen quietly and way more often than people realize. Top talent has already left for better opportunities. They go to Netskope's competitors. Marketing is overfunded but lacks real strategy or impact. Leadership focuses more on managing image than fixing real internal issues. Glassdoor reviews seem heavily managed — the history doesn’t add up if you look closely. Talks of an IPO seem unrealistic based on multiple variables like our current economy.

      - Product is top of the line and disrupting the market - The people and culture are strong... kind, smart, transparent, open and not bureaucratic - CEO is open, accessible, honest and passionate about the company - Lots of opportunities to make an impact... company is growing and has exceptional potential

      High work loading, weak performance review

      Work from home and teamate are friendly.

      Cons

      Employees often work overtime. The job assignments are unreasonable, and the performance reviews are based solely on the manager’s opinion, making them highly subjective. There is also a serious blame culture, which is unhealthy for the organization. I remember the CEO once said he wanted to build a company that feels like home. It is not true.
