Technology is great My peers are supportive and willing to help

Executive leadership is out of touch, especially the CEO and CRO. Refuses to understand that success breeds success, rather than management by fear. Bifurcation of territories makes no sense and negatively impacts ability to achieve quota, very few reps make their number. Company is doing great though. Very long sales cycle, 24 month average for sweet spot market opportunities, 48+ months for major accounts. Marketing is lacking, no true brand awareness compared to competitors. Career opportunities are very limited. Culture has changed drastically in 3 years

I made the move to Netskope for the people. Amazing leadership, collaborative & supportive. Management that supports the team to win together, combined with market leading solutions is a winning cobination!

Cons

Smaller company has smaller budgets for expenses and events, but they make up for it with quality engagements.
