A Growing but not well organized company

Pros

The company has excellent values and beliefs. The treatment of employees' is wonderful. The Medicare organization has a high regard for the members and looks out for them.

Cons

Not enough staff, Work/life balance is almost non-existent. Medicare management waivers back and forth on decisions. The different departments do not work well together. Very member oriented, however, needs more direct management with insurance experience. Management is top heavy with a lot of Managers for small numbers of employees, no supervisors.

Workload can be overwhelming, and timelines aren't always within reason due to the lack of employee resources.

Low pay for position, lack of communication by management, not willing to work with you on your professional goals, management activity demonstrates favoritism, unfair promotions
