E Mails and phone calls to some Managers go un-answered as they will only speak or correspond with other Managers, not Supervisors. Floors full of old Men working in silence. Some Senior Managers totaly ignore you, as if you don't exist. I made a point of saying "good morning" to a project Director as He passed my desk every morning. He never once replied.

High performance expectations Some senior management (Band 2) should look at their own performance before their staff. Overtime is unpaid as the position is salaried, when working for a contractor such as Amey, or Babcock you would be paid.
