Good salary and benefits Good project management framework lots of opportunities on diverse projects

Cons

Senior management have archaic methods of management Not collaborative Way too hierarchical, I guess a result of its evolution and the number of ex-military employed. General organisational structure not very good, but perhaps getting better. Look at VFM from a micro point-of-view rather than at the macro level.

Manager annual pay review % poor in comparison to other grades, bands 2 and 1 are the best for reward packages
