Pros

Great people to work with at the normal level.

Cons

Lots of unpaid overtime if you are on a Role Clarity contract. (Add at least 3 hours a day just to cover the basic work). A total lack of safety culture at the top with a focus on cost cutting even when they are told it will cause hazards. The company has become the definition of the sunk cost fallacy throwing good money after bad when projects are failing to deliver. There is absolutely no concern for worker wellbeing other than to pay lip service to it in an attempt to cover the company from a legal standpoint.
