Pros

Absolutely NOTHING, Managers are sexist and rude, talk down to employees

Cons

Make you work long hours, office hours start at 6am and were only suppose to be 10 hours a day and have Fridays off but got rid of the Friday day off and you still work 10-12 hours a day. They cut salaries so that the CEO had more money to buy his Maserati .

Pros

Good pay, three day weekends (if not working overtime)

Cons

Company claims to treat people with dignity and respect, but treats its employees the exact opposite. No communication from leadership to its employees. No work life balance, expected to work 50 hours per week regularly for worse benefits than previous company. CEO of company told local paper that the company was full of fat, old, out of shape miners. Seems like at least 10 jobs are posted each week, people are leaving this company in droves if they dont fire them first.
