Benefits are good. Once you have the foot in the door you can get some experience/cross exposure.

Cons

No progression policy or raises outside of cost of living.

Well above average compensation Good asset portfolio

Cons

Work has to come first always No work life balance You are not allowed to delegate when away Public holidays are not recognized for salary staff CEO is abusive and loves putting it on display

Deep pockets, not much else left. Sad to see the decline.

Cons

Disconnected management, not a care for their employees. Diving out experience for cheaper and younger people who just want a title not a goal.
