they started increasing pay from what it used to be paid holidays vacation

Cons

still not as much as other banks technology outdated customer service constantly calls branches for minor issues work overload - branches and other departments are constantly short staffed benefits are not good mandatory sales goals are too high for the volume of the branches, despite however they calculate it.

Good training program, for those whom are just starting.

Cons

Too many loop holes in the rules and regulations. All up to managements discretion. Lots of turnover with staff.
