Dear Reviewer, First we would like to say that we are sorry you had a negative experience with our firm as we strive to make sure that all of our employees have a positive experience, yet we acknowledge that sometimes you cannot please everyone. As far as the situation that arose with your employment we intend to dive into that further to see what went wrong and how we can improve. Second, we would like to admit that we are a bit confused by this review. We are not a pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are illegal in the United States. We are a credited business with the BBB, incorporated within the state of Georgia and acknowledged as on of the Best and Brightest Companies in the area. Perhaps you were confused about our growth structure? We have a structure very similar to other companies that promote from within like Hertz or Enterprise. We promote people based on merit, so our employees learn everything about how we run our business from the bottom up. We're sorry to hear that you didn't agree with that type of culture, but we make that very clear before anyone joins our team. We hope you find something that best suits your qualifications and impacts your life positively. Best of luck to you and again thank you for your feedback.

What A Joke

Pros

Absolutely zero pros. Not one.

Cons

This "company" is a complete lie from top to bottom. They lie to you from the start and promise big money when in reality you are thrown into a Costco to sell Direct TV. This company operates on lies and deceit to get as many people to work for them as possible. It's a pyramid scheme in its truest form. The highest turnover rate of employees I've ever seen. This company is completely unethical. I would have given it zero stars if that was an option.

Dear reviewer, First, we would like to thank you for your feedback as we appreciate feedback regardless of the nature. Second, we would like to say that we are very sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience with our firm as we foster a positive work environment and strive for all of our employees to have a positive experience. Additionally, we are not kidding ourselves here obviously not everyone is going to have a positive experience, yet will keep trying. : ) To address some of your concerns, we are sorry to hear that you feel as if you were lied to throughout the interview process as we pride ourselves on being transparent throughout this process. Thus, we are unsure as to how this occurred as we clearly lay out exactly what the position entails and we even conduct a job shadow within the interview process so that the applicant can fully understand exactly what they would be doing on an everyday basis with our company. We definitely intend to look into this and see where we went wrong here if anywhere as we don’t hear this often. Furthermore, we have a 3-round process which establishes the day to day of each respective position and we encourage our applicants to ask questions, which we will continue to do in order to avoid situations such as this. Additionally, to address your assertion in regards to pyramid schemes, pyramid schemes are a form of investment (illegal in the US and elsewhere) in which each paying participant recruit two further participants, with returns being given to early participants using money contributed by later ones. All of our team members are W4 and I9 employees and are paid hourly or salary guaranteed wages. Therefore, employees are paid by us, the employer, weekly like most companies. Funds are not reallocated elsewhere. We understand that a system based on growth from within is rare to find and what is unfamiliar does tend to evoke fear and confusion, however, that doesn't mean that we are a pyramid scheme. Other companies, such as Hertz and BCBS also have similar structures if you'd like to do some research. Also to address your assertion in regards to turnover, since the summer has started, we have started our internship program. As is normal with internships and entry-level positions, people are welcome to try something new and decide if it is for them or not, but we apologize if this was misinterpreted. Our full-time employees are very happy here and many have been with us for quite some time. Furthermore, to address your concern as far as our ethics, we strive to maintain the highest level of ethics and understand that when you set the bar high sometimes you do fall short. However, we have yet to see a ton of evidence that we are falling as short of this as you have cited. We have an A++ rating on the Better Business Bureau, we have been cited as the Best and Brightest in Atlanta as well as nationwide multiple years in a row and have received numerous other accolades as well. Lastly, we would like to again thank you for your feedback and hope that you find a position that suits you well.

Pros

Learned how to approach people in stores.

Cons

Traveled to the office everyday for about an hour to get "hyped"then headed to stores 30-45 minutes away. Misleading in what the job entitles. Quick turn over rate. Extremely disorganized in management.

Dear Reviewer, Thanks for the feedback! We're sorry to hear that you didn't have the best experience with our company. We pride ourselves on our transparency, so we apologize if something wasn't communicated clearly to you about the position as we make a point to have everyone "job shadow" our managers so they can get a better sense of the role and make sure that it's something they would be interested in. Obviously there was a missed connection between yourself and our management team, so we would love to discuss this matter further if that is something you are open to. Feel free to reach out to our HR Dept. at hr@newacquisitionsinc.com and of course, we wish you the best of luck with finding an opportunity that fits better with your goals!
