Pros

None, it’s almost cult like. Post grads, so it’s nice to be around people my age. Sad to see all the interviews they have every day, literally the whole office is set up for interviews. You’re only at the office for like an hour to “practice pitching” they call it “atmosphere”

Cons

Lied to, they say you’ll be a “marketing manager”. Then you’ll be taught a pitch to irritate shoppers in places such as Home Depot, Sams Club or Cosco. They don’t pay for your mileage, you drive all over the state of Georgia. Its funny that you’re asked to wear a suit when you’re not even making $1000 a week. Base is $10 an hour and then you get paid commission, ONLY if the lead you signed up goes through with the appointment (Home Depot). DONT work here

Dear Reviewer, First, we would like to say thank you for your feedback as we appreciate all feedback regardless of the nature. Second, would like to mention that we have not worked with Home Depot directly for more than six months, so we're a bit confused by this review coming up now. Third, we would like to say that this role is not for everyone as you mentioned in your review there is opportunity for growth and advancement for those that put in the effort, but not everyone becomes a manager. Just like any job, there are employees and management, the effort put forth, commitment, and overall constitution of the individual are typical what determines the difference. No, we don't cover gas. However, we do frequent give out bonuses and gas cards that employees can use how they would like. Furthermore, we are not Multi Level Marketing. Multi Level Marketing deals with residual income and requires employees to make a downpayment or purchase the product they sell before they begin working with the company. We pay our employees and do not require them to pay to work here. Thank you for your feedback and best of luck to you!

Pros

I guess you could say they are good about training their employees?

Cons

This company is a joke. Everyone starts at $10/hr and they claim that within 9 months you're a director. They think way to highly of themselves. You work mon-fri 10am-6pm and saturdays 10-3. I don't think $10/hr is worth a 6 day work week. They also lie. I was told DURING MY INTERVIEW that the director of ATL office made $100 Million this year. They make stuff up as they go and it's not worth your time. No benefits until you're assistant director. They claim that within one year you can be a director of your own branch and make "whatever salary you want". SCAM!

Dear Marketing Associate, Thanks for the quick review! We're sorry to hear that our growth structure didn't make sense to you, but it is actually possible for us to train someone into a management role within a few months. This is actually fairly common in other companies as well, similar to Hertz or Enterprise, that have similar growth opportunities. Our last promotion only took a few months and they're now heading our expansion project in Austin, TX! We're not 100% who told you about the director's salary, I'm sure that they meant that the company itself made that much in revenue, which sounds much more feasible. Again, we're sorry for any confusion, but if you'd like to clear this up, please reach out to us at hr@newacquisitionsinc.com. We wish you the best of luck on the rest of your search.

There is a guaranteed base pay for this position plus additional bonuses and incentives. As far as your claim that this wasn't a real sales job, we are very confused. Please reach out to our HR team at hr@newacquisitionsinc.com to clarify any miscommunication there may be.
