Pros

I've gained a lot of different perspectives on things regarding business management and the back end of running a company. It's also really nice having the ability to control your paycheck and the hourly to fall back on just in case. Nice team building environment as well.

Cons

If you're not naturally driven or motivated, you might get bored with the selling aspect. You'll regularly get feedback too so you do have to be open to criticism.
