Pros

The office space is really nice and always organized. There are morning meetings where we get the chance to practice. Trainers and Directors are very well involved in the training process. Leadership also has gone through the entry level phase so they are relatable when giving feedback. We also do alot of team bonding outside of work that made me feel more comfortable

Cons

This job requires you to talk to alot of people. The hours are sometimes long and commute can be tough with Atlanta traffic, however, commission payouts make up for it.
