Pros

One of the best things about this business is that I can grow and advance as quickly as I want. In previous positions, I always hit a glass ceiling and I had to wait for some one to quit or retire in order for there to be promotions available. There's no seniority here. I worked my butt off and it definitely shows by how much I've seen myself grow professionally.

Cons

I guess I would say parking. There's a free parking lot right down the street, but when it's cold outside it can be uncomfortable.

Pros

Opportunity for growth. A recent acquisition with the current clientele at New Acquisitions has given my fellow employees and myself a huge opportunity for expansion. My marketing, sales, and management skills have been fine tuned from what they were before and I am very excited for my current opportunity

Cons

Completing my training was quite a bit harder than I initially thought it would be. I overestimated my overall skills coming into the company and quickly found out that I had much to learn. Also, through the process missed a few of my SEC College football games.

Pros

Great working environment, great energy really down to earth people. I've learned how to gain more patience and actually get a thicker skin when it comes to dealing with people or hard situations. Working with these guys has definitely taught me a lot for my future.

Cons

Needs a little bit more of organization and more time spent training new employees. It gets a little bit overwhelming sometimes.
