      Pros

      My time here at New Age has been short but thus far very educational. I have learned various aspects of the transportation and logistical industries that I never could have learned in college. Senior staff is eager to share knowledge and help wherever they can despite their insanely busy schedules. If you are looking for a new job or a career change I would definitely recommend coming to New Age. The environment is healthy and interactive and my colleagues are some of the most interesting, honest and down to earth folks I have come across in a long time. 10/10 recommend work for.

      Cons

      Sometimes it gets pretty loud when everyone is on the phone; taking into consideration it is a logistical company it's expected.

      Pros

      New Age provides a friendly and positive work environment. The company's foundation is build on honesty, hard work and integrity. We, in turn, bring the same mindset to our carriers and customers. I have been here 3 years and walking into the office has never been a "drag". I can truthfully say, it can be fun to work here and with the surrounding people.

      Pros

      New Age has always been an understanding and flexible company to work for while being a parent of little kids. At times, I genuinely feel like I am making a difference in other people's lives by helping them move their freight from point A to point B and some times even to point C; on those days I turn off my computer at the end of my shift with a strong sense of fulfillment. Co-workers are wonderful and I have even come to care for some of them as family.

      Cons

      May end up working late from time to time but this is a give-and-take relationship; small prize to pay for the wonderful benefits that come from working for this company.
