      Pros

      The environment at New Age is very supportive and growth-oriented - both for the company and for the employee! The Chicago office is a high-energy environment and very tight-knit group. Over the last few months, the office size has grown exponentially, and everyone brought in has been welcomed with great warmth. It's a great feeling to work for a company that is actually concerned about its employees and supports treating both customers and carriers with respect.

      Cons

      Just like any job in logistics, there can be stressful days. There is nothing that a brokerage can do to prevent that.

      Pros

      Very professional environment and actually cares about their carriers as well as their customers. New Age is growing rapidly and there is an expectation for you to work hard and be willing to go the extra mile. However, there is nothing unfairly put on your plate or unreasonable expectations that you are required to meet. Coworkers are great and their is a real sense of growth. I have really enjoyed my time here thus far.

      No cons at this time. There are slow days but the market is currently slow everywhere.

      Pros

      Senior management is involved, helpful and very knowledgeable. They have an open door policy and you can tell they value transparency. They are willing to make any necessary changes to help you grow. They are also flexible when it comes to every day life situations; they understand things happen and work with you to come to a solution that works for you and the company. You can expect to have a successful career at New Age, not just a "job".

      Cons

      No cons, I worked for a company for over 7 years that didn't seem to value employees, coming to New Age was such a refreshing change.
