      Good Intentions-Bad Company

      Pros

      there are really no solid reasons to associate with a company like this. They have policies from the 1900's and refuse to bring their company into the 21st century. It is awfully frustrating and disturbing.

      Cons

      Owner is extremely dishonest. She comes off as this super nice, spiritual person. However, her company is plagued with dishonesty, unhappiness, and constant turnover.

      It is very unfortunate that your brief employment with New Age Transportation, Distribution & Warehousing, Inc. was not a pleasant experience. However, we cannot sympathize with your frustration towards our policies because they are clearly stated in our company handbook. All new employees are required to review the handbook and must agree to be in compliance with our policies before hiring. Any failure to comply with these company policies will result in termination. We wish you well in future endeavors.

      Very nice people, good place to gain experience in the Transportation Industry

      Pros

      Everyone, and I mean everyone, is really welcoming and helpful. There's lots of encouragement and great company wide communication. No matter what department you're working in, you'll gain a great understanding of the methods and practices of transportation companies.

      Cons

      Company is in a sort of limbo period trying to implement new strategies to encourage company growth. A lack of consistency nor established expectations are commonplace.

      Pros

      Excellent work environment allowing one's enthusiasm to shine through and sparkle. Focus on the bottom line allows everyone to understand the importance of their work.

      Cons

      Sometimes the focus is skewed into areas that are not clearly understood with respect to advancing the company forward. Upper management is not effectively used.
