Pros

I worked at NB for 4 years and in my time I met some amazing mentors and great talent. The product is authentic and good quality, I loved working on it. This work experience gave me amazing references and I get so many interviews with it on my resume. Good health insurance and 401k match.

Cons

the pay was awful, my manager was switched 5 times because of re-orgs and I had some gross things said to me and was inappropriately touched IN the office. I complained, HR did not fire that guy but he was moved to a different team and never allowed to contact me again. The easiest way to move up is to be part of the boy's club, but I also saw people who worked hard get the promotions they deserved.
