Manager was rude, didn’t pick women for the stock team simply because they were women, raises we yearly and only a couple of cents, I could go on forever why this job sucked

It’s common for other tasks in the company to spill onto your plate so you need to protect your work/life balance at all costs. No salary adjustments to inflation have been made across the company. Disappointing when everyone I know working in the private sector and the government has received an inflation adjustment on their salaries and I’m over here cutting back to pay for the essentials. I’ll update this section if any changes are made.
