Some of the pros would be working with amazing technology to deliver the best shoes out there.

Cons

Not enough support from supervisors... I didn't feel like there was enough praise or recognition.

SPIFF and BONUS! Every month we make over budget we get a reward and every year there's a bonus in March

Cons

Negative manager, disgusting store, horrible tourists. This place needs a good cleaning cause dust always springs up allergies for the whole staff
