Fun staff, down-to-earth management, sales bonus opportunity, good hours, excellent product, laid back environment, nice employee discount,

Cons

Store managers do very little work, low wages, cranky customers, low wages, discrepancies between corporate company, low wages, not enough ongoing training, low wages, unrealistic sale expectations, low wages, very little recognition or positive feedback and low wages.

-the best benefits for a part timer on day 1...paid time off, holiday pay, paid volunteering time, competitive hourly pay, and a great product discount -corporate culture -lots of opportunity with tons of growth right now
