      Pros

      The entrepreneurial nature of the company provides opportunities for all associates to impact the business. Outstanding culture where associate recognition is encouraged. Friendly company. Very flexible work schedules and successful associates are compensated fairly.

      Cons

      The future direction and strategies are sound, but long term decisions to support that direction are sacrificed for short term sales volume. Career development needs to be improved so associates better understand their career path at the company.
