Pros

In-depth perspective on how to run a Nee Balance license store.

Cons

Lack of diversity and inclusion. Upper management hound you on operational things that they should have as a part of their responsibility list. Upper management blatantly disregarded how the management team felt, would often have other managers call and cry. Very large workload, not worth the small pay. Horrible work experience. Managers had been with the company for decades with no pay advancement.

Pros

3 weeks vacation for everyone in the factory.

Cons

They basically treat their manufacturing staff like slaves. They want to you learn endless skill but then refuse to ever compensate you if you happens to be one of the people able to acquire all of those skills and do those jobs well.
