They are all talk. Appear to be great paying, diverse company who cares about employees. They are not. They have an "inside" club of people who get promoted without any skills because they are friends with someone else in the insiders. Their pay is not competitive at all. In the many years I have been here with several others as well we have not seen a decent cost of living wager increase in almost 10 years. Insurance has gone up, they paid more for new people coming in then their long term associates and DO not recognize all associates skills just "some". Really not a healthy environment.

I worked for the company for years. In the beginning things were GREAT! The work environment was laid back and fun…pet friendly, bbq’s, games, contests all during the work day. But after while leadership changed and so did the fun laid back atmosphere. The worst was the excessive micro managing by leadership. Everything from our 10 min breaks to our daily work tasks were controlled BY THE MINUTE. The leadership team would do constant check ins to make sure everyone was “working”…nonstop IM’s, patrolling the office staring at everyone’s computers or desks. Very uncomfortable. Don’t get me wrong there were a couple bad seeds that might’ve needed this treatment but I definitely don’t think this should’ve applied to everyone. Also the pay is terrible and only the a__ kissers get promoted. With the company’s huge success they should definitely pay the employees alot more than they do. Needless to say it was good while it lasted but some things really need to be reevaluated.
