Pros

The Davis family truly cares about the people that work for them. They offer top of the line benefits at little cost to the employee. 40% off merchandise discount is fantastic and really encourages you to buy for yourself and friends and family.

Cons

Challenging to move up within the company. They are always looking to see if there is someone better or more qualified outside of company. Salary increases are hard to come by.

Pros

Good Discount Great atmosphere. It's very easy to develop friendships outside of work. Company is on the up and up.

Cons

Management is completely out of touch with their employees. The only time people are noticed is if something goes wrong. It's very difficult to move up into a new role.
