Pros

Salary is good, NB wants so badly to be a big player and spends money to try and help.

Cons

NB wants so badly to be a big player and spends money to try and help... but spends money on the wrong things. This is where folks go to retire, old school, very, VERY little passion.

Pros

Work-life balance, benefits, competitive salary, willingness to bring in team members from non-footwear/apparel backgrounds. I couldn't be happier in my decision to leave the advertising agency life to come to New Balance.

Cons

There is a significant lack of process which is hampering our team at the moment, but is currently being addressed by management
