Pros

A very nice college job with a nice pay, the company treats the employees really well, awesome flexible and lots of hours for everyone. Employee discount 40% in store and online, 60% online and 50% in store for holidays. Very close knit group since the company takes us to holiday dinners and really nice perks like free turkey for thanksgiving and holidays bonus.

Cons

A lot of times it can get slow, not much advancement, most of the product is not very exciting since we are an outlet, and a lot of the costumers are much older so there is a lot of explaining you have to do but those are not major problems.
