Pros

Excellent benefits! Health care and paid time off was sufficient.

Cons

Not much structure and was never really clear whether or not there was growth potential.

Closed on Sundays!

Pros

Employee/family oriented ownership with huge emphasis on customer service and simplicity in the day to day operations. Great hours, good pay, and closed on major holidays. A retailers dream!

Cons

A chain of 6 stores spread across north texas and 3 more in outside markets, causes the stores to sometimes receive a blanket treatment. Not all stores have the same needs and not all employees respond in the same way to the actions and plans of the ownership. One size does not fit all.

Pros

Great culture, Ownership, Leadership,Facilities, Product, Benefits. Working at New Balance is the experience of a lifetime, one that will afford the opportunity to get involved in community activities.

Cons

Other than being a bit disconnected from the heart of the city, I do not see any negatives.
