Pros

flexible schedule, great benefits, highly motivated innovation teams, ability to greatly influence the future of New Balance as a brand and company, company environment favors driven employees, supportive of healthy, active lifestyles

Cons

conservative design decision making, headquarters is split between 2 offices in separate towns - would be efficient and more productive to be in the same location

Pros

Great brand with a long history of fit and comfort in the Athletic Footwear business. The brand is well managed from the US and has solid business operating principles and practices.

Cons

New Balance trades on it's history too much. The brand has a strong following in the older demographic range making it difficult to compete in the team and youth markets where margins and launches are more likely to prosper.
