Pros

some coworkers are cool to work with.

Cons

Low pay. They claim to give raises after a 90 day period but that never happens. Super high turnaround for their employees because most people only stay until they realize they aren’t going to give the 90 day raise discussed in interviews. Offer incentive pay but will not pay you. This store is understaffed and overworked. Most days you don’t get any breaks.

Pros

I have never liked any jobs I've had. ever. I thought buying into corporate culture was gimmicky. This place is the real deal. Amazing coworkers, fun and cool people, feels like leadership cares. Fun work. And nothing is for show- it just is that way.

Cons

Ambiguous project ownership creates fuzzy lanes and can get sorta competitive.

Pros

Benefits, and people in general were great. Hours -

Cons

No pay increases for Cost of living in 15 years They generally promote the male in a boys club atmosphere - and favoritism in UPPER management is out of control - Most of the woman there are the backbone and they treat them like crap
