Pros

Everyone has a fun sense of fitness and eating well. I really enjoyed my coworkers and the freedom of what I got to work on. There's also a great ease about contacting and learning from people in other departments to further your career without any formalities.

Cons

I noticed a slightly negative vibe almost daily here. I think a lot of people feel stifled by upper management and many people seem to work intense hours. You can have work-life balance if you want it, but many people stay late and are stressed constantly.

Pros

The culture at New Balance is amazing and you really get that family feel, even though NB is a company of 3,000+ employees.

Cons

There isn't always the best opportunity for growth within the company. If you don't raise your hand and speak up for yourself, no one else will.
