Pros

I've seen people move up in a matter of months

Cons

Even as an employee if you are part time you have to interview for an full time position and I'm not talking about management plus as a sneaker company they don't give you many sneakers only 2 a year and if you work everyday they will become destroyed

Pros

- Awesome free swag - Great people to work with - Positive & teamwork-oriented culture - Management that actually cares... doesn't just pretend to

Cons

- It's in retail... so customers are always going to be demanding and annoying - Customer service standards higher than in most of retail, can be pretty demanding - As with most retail jobs, hours suck (Sundays, evenings particularly at downtown store)
