Pros

Great work environment. Managment genuinely cares for each and every individual and tries to cater for your needs. Get to learn a lot including different technology in products. Very good ongoing training. Decent salary.

Cons

Really cannot find any negatives at this point.

Pros

Excellent work environment at the Scape outlet, great team and even better store manager. He was good. During my time, every month or so New Balance allows each store to go on a team cohesion under company's expense. From team dinners to play sessions, it was a good time.

Cons

Hourly rate was below average, during my time it was $6/h and $6.50/h if you have experience. Compensation package is below the market rate and from what I heard, if you are in their corporate side, there is little room for advancement.
